Call transcription

Uzbek and Russian call transcription for sales teams

Jarvis AI transcribes your recorded sales calls in Uzbek, Russian or English as the first step of its analysis. Instead of handing you pages of text, it turns each transcript into objections, next steps, qualification and a rep score that a manager can check against the original audio.

Why a transcript alone does not help a sales team

Turning speech into text is easy to describe and hard to use. A day of calls from a ten-person team is far more text than any manager will read, and a transcript does not tell you which objection cost the deal or whether the rep agreed a next step.

Sales teams in Uzbekistan also talk to customers in more than one language. A tool built for English-only call centers is of little use when half of the conversations are in Uzbek and the other half in Russian.

How call transcription works in Jarvis

Transcription is built into the same pipeline as the analysis, so there is no separate service to run and no files to export:

  • Eligible recorded calls arrive from the connected phone system after each call ends.
  • Each Stream has a language setting β€” Uzbek, Russian or English β€” and every call routed to that Stream is transcribed in that language. The language is chosen per Stream, not detected per call.
  • Transcription runs through the configured AI provider. Google Gemini is the current adapter, either with your own key or as platform-managed capacity on an eligible plan.
  • The transcript then goes straight into the sales analysis for that Stream. If a Stream has AI analysis switched off, its calls are transcribed but not analyzed.

How long transcription takes depends on the recording, the integration and the provider, so no fixed processing time is promised.

What you get from each transcribed call

The transcript is the raw material, not the end product. What managers work with is the structured result built from it: a summary, the categories the call falls into, the qualification verdict, the objections raised, the next steps agreed, the deal stage and a rep score from 1 to 10.

That result sits next to the original recording in the dashboard, so any finding can be checked by listening to the moment it came from. The current dashboard is built around the analysis and the audio rather than a full transcript reader. If you want to see a complete transcript, the demo shows one for a file you upload, next to its analysis.

When Jarvis is the right tool β€” and when it is not

Jarvis is built for phone-led sales teams that want to know what happens in their calls and what to coach next. It is not a general transcription service: if you need bulk transcripts for archives, subtitles or legal records, a dedicated transcription tool is a better fit.

If your goal is management visibility across sales conversations in Uzbek and Russian, transcription in Jarvis is one step of a larger loop: calls, structured analysis, the patterns leaders review, and the coaching that follows.

Recordings, transcripts and access

Each organization's calls are kept separate, and tenant queries are constrained to that organization. A rep can open only the calls they handled. Stored phone system, CRM and AI credentials are encrypted and redacted from API responses. The security page lists these protections and the gaps we have not closed yet.

Questions about call transcription

Which languages can Jarvis transcribe?

Uzbek, Russian and English. You set the language for each sales Stream, and every call in that Stream is transcribed in it.

Can I get transcription without the sales analysis?

Yes. A Stream can have AI analysis switched off, in which case its calls are transcribed but not analyzed. Most teams keep analysis on, because that is where the management value is.

How accurate is the transcription?

Jarvis does not publish an accuracy figure. Quality depends on the recording, line noise and the provider. During assisted setup we check transcripts and analysis on representative calls from your own team before the pilot widens.

Can I upload audio files instead of connecting a phone system?

The demo accepts one audio file up to 20 MB so you can try the transcription and analysis. In the product, calls come from a connected phone system; OnlinePBX is the ready adapter today.

How long does transcription take?

It varies with the audio, the integration and the AI provider's availability. Jarvis does not promise a fixed processing time.
